Silk Laser Clinic

Westfield West Lakes/Marion 2018 We were commissioned by SILK Laser Clinic to provide end to end services for their 18-clinic national roll out in 2018. As part of this scope I was asked to review the current design and refine as I saw fit. I worked with the current colour palette of SILK, maintaining white as the key colour with highlights of timber and accents of black. To add depth to the white I incorporated LED halo illumination to the shopfront timber portal / timber arch / product displays and reception signage, the finished result provides a calm, inviting yet clinical interior which is what the client requested. A key design element is the addition of the colour back Star Fire glazing to the wall where the treatment room butts up. Previously SILK had placed graphics on this wall, by including the digital screens here I have created an engaging facade that looks beautiful with the halo illumination. The first site completed was West Lakes which won Westfield store of the week nationally in June 2018. Silver Winner - DRIVENxDESIGN awards 2019
